We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, supervising administrative personnel, and managing office facilities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervise clerical and administrative staff, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Manage staff business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and insurance.
  • Maintain Company apartments to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
  • Organize annual meetings for effective information flow.
  • Oversee payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Handle staff card and airport permit arrangements.
  • Resolve employee queries and direct them to shared services when necessary.
  • Submit monthly time & attendance records for office and operation employees.
  • Manage employee recognition, reward, and engagement activities.
  • Administer payroll additions and deductions with the payroll team.
  • Care for the exit process for all voluntary and involuntary exits, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Address employee complaints, suggestions, and queries appropriately.
  • Assist new joiners with onboarding, including training, access arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Maintain an up-to-date computerized database of all employees.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
  • Support the Human Resources Leader in preparing periodic reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with departments regarding HR-related activities.
  • Help plan, organize, and implement engagement activities.
  • Be responsible for the monthly preparation of birthday cards and posters.
  • E nsure HR Processes, Policies, and Systems are followed in any activity carried out.
  • Monitor the performance management cycle process from start to end and timely completion of appraisals.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and other HR teams.
  • Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the HR Manager/ Director.
