Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
Maintain open communication channels with employees at all levels
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
Mediate workplace disputes and grievances
Compensation & Benefits
Manage the company's compensation structure and benefits programs
Conduct salary reviews and market analysis
Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
Training & Development
Identify training needs and develop training programs
Coordinate professional development opportunities
Manage performance evaluation processes
Design and implement career development programs
HR Administration
Maintain HR systems and employee records
Develop and update HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Prepare HR reports and analytics
Manage HR budget and resources
Recruitment and Staffing
Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This includes conducting orientation sessions and ensuring necessary documentation is completed.
Workforce Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and help design workforce plans that align with the company's strategic goals.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Employee Relations: Act as a mediator between employees and management, resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and ensuring fair treatment across the organization.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. This could include recognition programs, team-building activities, and other initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Disciplinary Actions: Handle employee disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and that actions are taken consistently and fairly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR or ACHRM certification preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
