Growth and Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Host Acquisition Lead to join our team at Gathern | جاذر إن. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and expansion in the hospitality industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and sustaining Gathern's property supply by reactivating offline units, leveraging VIP hosts for referrals, integrating with property management systems, and conducting offline sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Reactivation of Offline Units
- Identify and engage with property owners whose units have gone offline to reactivate them.
- Analyze the reasons behind unit deactivation and develop strategies to prevent it.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth reactivation process.
- Referral-Based Acquisition
- Develop and execute a structured referral program with VIP hosts to drive new unit acquisitions.
- Monitor referral performance and adjust the program as needed.
- Integration with Property Management Systems
- Work with the Product Team to integrate Gathern's platform with key Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Streamline bulk onboarding processes to reduce turnaround time.
- Offline Sales and Direct Outreach
- Conduct in-person visits to hotels and serviced apartments to acquire new listings.
- Negotiate favorable terms with property owners.
