Channel Sales Manager

This role is responsible for driving the expansion of our distribution network in the personal care sector.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the personal care market and be able to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel strategies to drive sales growth in the personal care sector.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with distributors and agents to optimize sales channels.
  • Oversee distribution networks and ensure seamless order management and pricing control.

Requirements:

  • Strong business negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in channel development, preferably with established client networks in B2B cosmetics or personal care distribution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel expansion and sales within the personal care or medical distribution sector.
