We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Management Professional to join our Kinza Beverages Division team at Aljameel International Co. Ltd.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in export operations across the GCC, Middle East, and countries on all continents, with expertise in managing international order processing from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include customer order management, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Management: Act as the primary point of contact for export customers worldwide, receive purchase orders, verify customer requirements, prepare quotations, issue proforma invoices, and coordinate with the finance department for payment collection.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Review and analyze Letter of Credit (LC) terms and conditions, coordinate with banks and customers to amend LCs, prepare export documents, ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer specifications, implement a double-check system for all documents, and obtain Excise Tax exemptions.
  • Production and Logistics Coordination: Liaise with production to monitor manufacturing schedules, arrange transportation via land for shipments within the GCC and neighboring countries, coordinate international shipping arrangements, ensure compliance with shipping schedules and route optimization, work closely with warehouse staff, and manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers.
  • Financial Transactions and Compliance: Verify all financial documents for accuracy, submit required documents to banks for payment collection under LC terms, monitor payment status, and ensure timely receipt of funds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export coordination or international logistics, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Proven experience with Letters of Credit and international payment terms.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in export documentation and understanding of Incoterms.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
