About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the General Manager and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to develop a marketing plan that targets key market segments.
  • Monitoring and reviewing sales production, adjusting activities and priorities to achieve goals.
  • Establishing account qualification criteria and using market research to identify and prioritize accounts.
  • Maintaining responsibility for selected key accounts.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry with knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market.
  • Prior experience gained from working in hotel/serviced apartment market.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage own and others' tasks through to conclusion.
  • Resourceful and able to think creatively.
  • Literacy in software applications, preferably in travel and hospitality operating software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a range of activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to drive for results and motivate others to achieve their potential.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel property management systems (HIS or similar).
  • High proficiency in English language oral and written skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and maintain composure at all times.
