Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Director to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, pipeline management, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely conversion of leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize floorplan yield and identify new revenue streams.
  • Analyze revenue channels to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Establish and manage revenue sales targets, including pricing and individual sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales within the events industry.
  • Proven track record in selling new and existing exhibitions.
  • Strong key account management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Exhibition is a must.
  • KSA market experience is essential.
