The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization as a Regional Sales Head in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region to drive revenue growth, pipeline growth, and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, including sales representatives and SDRs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, and monitor progress to ensure team success.
- Forecast effectively and accurately.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the ITAM or technology industries.
- Extensive experience managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on new business development, account management, and SDR functions.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- A deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances.
