Regional Sales and Marketing Leader

We are seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our team in the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key optical accounts across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Managing Accounts:
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize sales growth with key optical retail customers across the GCC.
- Driving Sales & Growth Revenue:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic initiatives tailored to each key account.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Product specialists, customer service & local teams to ensure product availability and promotional effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in Key Account Management, ideally within the optical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
