The Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to fill job openings within our organization.

Your primary objective will be to source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit. You'll also manage the entire hiring process, from screening to onboarding. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will ensure seamless collaboration between all parties involved.

  • Job Purpose: To identify, attract, and select qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization.
  • Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, managing the hiring process, and utilizing recruitment software and tools.
