Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineers Representative to join our team of talented professionals. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to ensure the development and maintenance of high-quality engineering solutions.

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on specified products to meet required standards.
  2. Provide technical support on Roche IT solutions for designated products where necessary.
  3. Offer telephone assistance to customers and colleagues as needed.
  4. Install and commission specified instruments according to specifications.
  5. Perform software and hardware upgrades and revisions to all relevant products.
  6. Participate in training programs locally and abroad to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant engineering position.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good administrative and communication skills.
  • High commitment to maintaining/improving service levels.
  • Open mindset and customer focus.
  • Proficiency in English.
