Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

AESG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the architectural design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Management: Develop and implement comprehensive quality management plans for architectural components. Establish and enforce quality standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  2. Project Handover: Oversee the project handover process, ensuring all architectural elements are completed to the highest standards. Prepare and manage all handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties.
  3. Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice and support to project teams on quality management practices and project handover procedures related to architecture. Review and validate architectural designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure quality and compliance.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive quality management records, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions. Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting quality metrics, issues, and resolutions.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project delivery.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural quality management, project handover, or related roles, with a focus on ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

  • Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and quality management standards.
