Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and meet guest expectations.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas, including storage and inventory management.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock supplies, and requisition necessary items.
  • Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and development of food and beverage staff, and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, and report any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
