Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients across various sectors, including educational institutions, corporate organizations, and government agencies. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to understand client needs and propose tailored e-learning solutions.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Proposal and Contract Development: Create detailed proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of e-learning technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
