At Alnafitha, we support the Kingdom's largest and most complex organizations in delivering Enterprise Transformation.

We are currently searching for a dedicated Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Sales Department, playing a critical role in building relationships with significant clients.

The ideal candidate must have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions in at least one of the following domains: Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, or Data and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team and contribute to their success by providing administrative assistance.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
  • Provide order processing and documentation support to the sales team.
  • Create and update sales support materials like brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT field.
  • Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales-related tools and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet research.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
