Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize showroom and villa sales and profitability through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase foot traffic to the showroom, targeting villa owners and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead the showroom in achieving sales targets and objectives, including revenue, gross profit, and product promotion.
  • Strive for quality and value selling, ensuring that customers are aware of and appreciate the benefits of our products.
  • Formulate strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, including the use of CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage showroom inventory and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring that customers have access to the products they need.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including villa owners, paint applicators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in a retail industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required, as well as experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent or University degree in Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales within a retail industry.
  • Knowledge of the paint sector is a plus.
  • Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX).
  • Required Female Saudi National.
