This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, working in a dynamic and growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, recording all required information accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
- Address guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure overall guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the resort's booking system.
- Maintain confidentiality and securely enter guest information into the system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with resort management systems is beneficial.
