Market Price Strategist

The Revenue Growth Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market data, competitor pricing, customer behavior, and internal costs to develop and implement pricing models that maximize revenue and profitability.
This role involves:
- Pricing Strategy Development
- Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends, competitor strategies, and customer price sensitivity.
- Developing and implementing dynamic pricing models for better optimization of the delivery fee.
- Analyzing the impact of pricing changes on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, order volume, reorder rate.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, including internal systems, customer databases, and third-party data providers.
- Developing and maintaining pricing dashboards and reports to track key metrics and monitor the performance of pricing strategies.
- Conducting A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different pricing models.
- Customer Segmentation
- Collaborating with the UX team to segment customers based on their value, behavior, and price sensitivity.
- Developing and implementing targeted pricing strategies for different customer segments.
- Collaboration
- Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Communicating pricing strategies and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Bilingual. Must be proficient in Arabic and English.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
