About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Adviser. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters, build relationships with key stakeholders, and formulate and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in generalist HR, with experience in recruitment, saudization, implementing policy, and all generalist duties. You will also have good knowledge of KSA employment legislation and a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters
  2. Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success
