Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Cisco team at our Riyadh offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and partners.
  • Identify and recruit new business opportunities with existing and new partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and provide regular feedback on account performance.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Cisco-specific or related industry certification is highly desirable.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of selling experience in Information Technology distribution level.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  5. Strong command of MS Office applications.
  6. Able to manage multiple partners simultaneously with high sales quotas.
  7. Familiarity with credit lines management and internal processes.
  8. Ability to recruit new partners and develop business relationships.
  9. Solid understanding of pipeline management and complex sales environments.
  10. Familiarity with competing vendors and the IT channel.
