About the Role

The Tiara Group is seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Gym Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all gym members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Services:
  1. Welcome and greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Process membership sales and renewals efficiently.
  3. Respond to member inquiries regarding membership options, class schedules, gym policies, and facility amenities.
  4. Resolve member issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other gym services.
Front Desk Operations:
  1. Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments for personal training sessions and other services.
  3. Maintain accurate member records in our database.
  4. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  5. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Facility Maintenance:
  1. Assist with light cleaning duties as needed.
  2. Monitor gym usage and report any issues to maintenance staff.
  3. Ensure the safety and security of the gym premises.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on member satisfaction.
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality of member information.
Requirements
  • Education:
  1. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
  1. Two years of experience in customer service or a related field are preferred.
Skills:
  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
