Job Title: Strategic Business Partner
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Partner to drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote proactive and positive interaction between business and development teams, resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict, and driving projects forward.
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
- Stay current with business needs and strategies, utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements, providing necessary guidance to testers during the QA process when needed.
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist in gathering business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
- Meet with project teams regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines, especially for the Business Analysis Stage.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working in Waterfall and Agile software development environments.
- Experience in Banking Products and Services (Retail/Corporate/Digital/Treasury/Open Banking), Core banking applications (T24), Accounting Cycle, Payment Systems, Digital Banking Channels (Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/ATMs, etc.), Integration systems, and Reporting modules.
