Job Summary: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the financial success of CARE. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and strategic planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to minimize risk.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
