Job Title: Head of Strategic Planning and Execution

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Strategic Planning and Execution to join our team at Saudi Patient Safety Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring the center's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with national health priorities.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategic plan, aligning with national health priorities.
  • Lead the Strategic Management Office (SMO), driving effective execution and governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals and operational activities are aligned.
  • Provide expert strategic counsel to executive leadership, contributing to high-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan, ensuring alignment with national health priorities.
  • Leadership: Lead the Strategic Management Office (SMO), driving effective execution and governance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals and operational activities are aligned.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to executive leadership, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in strategy, planning, or executive advisory roles.
  • Strong change management experience and ability to lead transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
  • Familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence software is an advantage.
