Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center invites applications for the position of Front Desk Team Leader.
Job Description:The Front Desk Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk team, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain proactive communication with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Collect and review guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
