We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.

Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be expected to:

  • Identify new business opportunities: Leverage your expertise and network to identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
  • Builde strong client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders to secure high-value deals.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive long-term business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends: Stay current on market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in consulting, recruitment, or a related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies, including market analysis and competitor research.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
