Roles and responsibilities

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of airline tickets and related services in the domestic market. This role aims to increase revenue and market share by establishing and nurturing relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote airline services to travel agencies, corporate clients, and other customers within the domestic market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover sales opportunities and address potential threats.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with prompt professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to address client needs.
  • Monitor sales performance and financial metrics to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback for revenue optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Coordinate with departments such as finance and operations for seamless transaction execution.
Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales experience in the airline industry.
Experience in Saudi Arabia's sales or marketing sectors is required.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, LCC system) is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with travel agencies in Riyadh or Dammam is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analyze sales data and market feedback for revenue optimization and cost efficiency.
Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Coordinate with departments such as finance and operations for seamless transaction execution.
