Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all applicable Zahrawi Policies & Procedures.
Preventive Maintenance
  • Develop and execute regular, timely preventive maintenance plans to meet Health Authority/Quality Control standards.
  • Ensure thorough completion of all preventive maintenance tasks for all equipment.
  • Promote efficient installation processes for all products trained on.
  • Arrange pre-installation requirements, including free commitment or local supply of instruments ordered.
  • Evaluate equipment installations to prevent issues with customers.
Maintenance and Repair
  • Address breakdown calls in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate deliveries of spare parts received in a stimulating timeframe.
  • Promote and sell service contracts for various products handled.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets.
Application Support
  • Collaborate with Lab Technicians on application-related work.
Training and Development
  • Attend scheduled training sessions when required.
Administrative Tasks
  • Timely submission of weekly reports.
  • Support Service Coordinator in preparing Health Authority/Quality Control documents for new installations.
  • Update instrument database with Service Coordinator.
  • Coordinate with Sales team regarding technical information and pre-installation site visits.
  • Share relevant sales leads/information with the Sales team.
Reporting and Communication
  • Weekly reporting to Line Manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Suitable for fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in applicable roles.
  • Job-Specific Skills: Effective communication skills, excellent English proficiency, time management, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Ms. Office. Ability to work under pressure.
  • Additional Details: Saudi National residing in Riyadh, KSA; willingness to travel based on business needs.
