As a Sales Manager at Shantui Middle East Company, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. You will lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.

Our Expectations

We expect our Sales Manager to possess excellent leadership and management skills, a strong understanding of the construction industry and heavy machinery products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

You will analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports to senior management. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is also essential.
