  • Develop and implement processes to improve client service and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent in business English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
