Job Description

The Strategic Sales Director role at Ninja is pivotal in driving growth and success of our sales initiatives. This position involves developing strategic plans that align with the company's goals, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Comprehensive Sales Strategies: Create plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Identify opportunities and threats by analyzing customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work with sales leadership to optimize resource allocation and sales territories.
  • Monitor Sales Performance Metrics: Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on sales performance metrics.
  • Assist in Forecasting and Budgeting: Support the development of sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with company targets.
  • Support Execution of Sales Plans: Collaborate with sales teams to execute sales plans through effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Sales Strategy or Business Analysis
  • Strong Analytical and Critical-Thinking Skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Analysis Tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • A Proactive and Results-Oriented Mindset
