Job Description

As an Executive Project Manager at Qureos, you will be responsible for leading high-profile projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Financial Management: Take full ownership of project P&L, making informed decisions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Consultancy, to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
  4. Professional Development: Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, driving personal and professional growth.
  5. Resource Optimization: Effectively manage resources, advising the line manager on future requirements to ensure optimal project delivery.
  6. Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, collaborating with the line manager to explore new avenues and improve performance.
  7. Project Delivery: Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with company processes and client requirements.
  8. Communication and Reporting: Regularly update the team, Project Account Manager, and clients on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  9. Client Awareness: Foster a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring a satisfactory client experience and driving loyalty.
  10. Audit and Compliance: Demonstrate compliance with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  11. Financial Planning and Control: Develop and manage project cost plans, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Project Account Manager.
  12. Contribution to Group Financial Plan: Contribute to the achievement of group financial plans and profit targets, demonstrating good financial control and driving business growth.
