Job Description

**Job Title:** Operations Unit Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Operations Unit Manager to join our team at Rentokil Initial plc. As an Operations Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations officers and senior officers to ensure the effective delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Organize, delegate, and follow up on tasks assigned to the unit, ensuring that all team members are working towards common goals.
  2. Team Development: Develop and motivate team members by providing training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Communication: Build strong relationships with management, peers, and staff through effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Process Improvement: Continuously improve unit processes and quality output to meet the company's standards of excellence.
  5. Scheduling: Oversee the effective appointment scheduling by all operations officers and senior officers.
  6. Client Satisfaction: Ensure minimum pending appointments and follow up on clients' yearly programs to verify their implementation.
  7. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that equipment and vehicles are properly maintained according to maintenance policies.
  8. Dispatching and Routing: Ensure that technicians' dispatching and vehicles' routing are properly arranged.
  9. Field Raids: Execute monthly field raids to ensure compliance with company policies.
  10. Client Communication: Verify that officers and senior officers respect caller scripts and communicate properly with clients.
  11. VIP Clients: Follow up on VIP clients and ensure timely delivery of reports.
  12. Call Backs: Monitor the process of call backs' response and solution.
  13. Client Needs: Ensure that clients' Unique Buying Points (UBP) are identified and attended to.
  14. Training and Development: Organize monthly professional training for back office and field staff.
  15. Communication with Sales Department: Communicate regularly with the Sales Department regarding new, toxic, and old clients.
  16. Operations Reports: Handle operations reports and discuss them with upper management.
  17. Data Integrity: Control data integrity through weekly audits on data entry and operations workflow.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: At least 6 years of experience in operations or relevant fields.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus.
  4. Skills: Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and remarkable attention to details.
