Create and manage sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support deal-making efforts.
Collaboration & Communication
Serve as the liaison between business development, marketing, sales, and other departments.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
Communicate business development priorities and updates across teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
Market & Competitive Research
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends.
Monitor competitors' activities and industry shifts to keep the business development strategy adaptive and competitive.
Provide the team with insights into the market landscape and identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with business development managers to foster and manage client relationships.

Help develop client engagement strategies to increase retention and drive repeat business.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps within the business development team and recommend training or professional development initiatives.
Ensure team members are equipped with the latest industry knowledge, sales techniques, and technology tools.
Facilitate ongoing learning opportunities to improve team performance.
Technology and CRM Management
Oversee the effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Ensure that business development software is integrated with other systems to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Evaluate new technologies that can enhance the effectiveness of the business development process.
