Roles and responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

To be eligible to apply, you must meet the below criteria:

Should be a Saudi national.

Should have a bachelor's degree or above.

Should not have been employed or registered in GOSI for the last six months.

Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
Recruitment and Staffing
Job Advertising: Posting job vacancies on various platforms and reaching out to potential candidates.
Screening Applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
Interviewing Candidates: Conducting initial interviews and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Onboarding: Preparing and organizing new employee induction programs, ensuring they are introduced to company culture, policies, and procedures.
Recruitment Strategy: Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
Employee Relations
Conflict Resolution: Assisting in resolving conflicts or disputes between employees, and fostering a harmonious work environment.
Employee Support: Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, or questions regarding policies, benefits, and performance.
Promoting Workplace Culture: Encouraging a positive work culture, recognizing employee achievements, and addressing issues affecting morale.
Training and Development
Identifying Training Needs: Collaborating with managers to identify skills gaps and organize training or development programs for employees.
Managing Learning Programs: Coordinating in-house training sessions or external professional development opportunities.
Career Development: Supporting employees' growth by providing guidance on career progression and development opportunities.
Performance Management
Performance Appraisals: Assisting in the performance review process by helping employees set objectives and tracking progress.
Coaching and Feedback: Offering feedback and coaching to employees to help improve performance.
Disciplinary Actions: Addressing underperformance or behavioral issues and helping enforce company policies regarding discipline.

Desired candidate profile

Strong academic results.

Good command of the English, Arabic language.

Good experience MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Good Communication Skills.
