Key Performance Indicators

As a Senior Sales Business Development professional at Jobs for Humanity, your primary objective is to drive business growth and expand our B2B client base. Your key performance indicators will include:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
