Job Description:

- Oversee the daily operations and management of the warehouse and inventory systems
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and inventory management strategies
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement and distribution of goods
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Analyze inventory data and generate detailed reports to identify trends, optimize storage, and drive process improvements
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures, such as cycle counting and stock audits
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies in the warehouse

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse or Inventory Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel
- Proficient in using inventory management software and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Strong organizational and project management skills
