**key Accountabilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company's eCommerce platform.
- Implement and manage **Google Analytics 4** and **Google Tag Manager **to track, analyze, and report on **website traffic**, **user behavior**, and **conversions**.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot **web analytics tags **and **pixels** to ensure accurate data collection.
- Develop and manage event tracking on the website to gain insights into user interactions and site performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to optimize the website for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot website issues as needed.
- Generate and present detailed reports on web performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
**knowledge, Skills, Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related.
- ** 3-5 years** of experience in web administration, eCommerce platform management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics 4** and **Google Tag Manager.**:
- Experience with **web analytics tags and pixel setup and monitoring.**:
