exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as an Admin Coordinator
**Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do**:
1. **Document Management and Delivery**:
- Receive legal translation documents from the Project Manager.
- Print, stamp, and deliver documents to clients either within the office or by visiting their premises.
- Handle document legalization and attestation processes at the Chamber of Commerce.
- Edit and format documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
2. **Client Interaction**:
- Deliver soft copy files back to the Project Manager for client sharing when required.
- Attend the office to welcome and assist walk-in clients with inquiries and services.
3. **Administrative Support**
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions and services provided.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
**Essential Skills and Qualification**:
- University Degree, preferably an Alsun Graduate
- 0 to 1 years of experience required.
- **Resident in Riyadh is a must.**:
- Very Good English Language.
