**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced **Senior Account Manager**to join our **Riyadh office**. In this role, you'll manage and grow our most strategic enterprise clients. If you're a proactive relationship builder, a skilled negotiator, and passionate about driving client success — this is your opportunity to make an impact.

You’ll play a key role in sustaining long-term partnerships, increasing account value, and supporting junior team members as a mentor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts
- Identify and lead cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Build executive-level relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and ROI
- Mentor mid-level and junior account team members
- Maintain detailed CRM records and accurate revenue forecasts
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic account updates

**What You’ll Need**
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS account management or enterprise client success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and strategic growth
- Strong command of CRM tools, sales pipelines, and data tracking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Experience with cloud-based/contact center solutions is preferred
