The Project Director is responsible for the successful delivery of the Services. He is the main point of contact between the Consultant team and the Client.

Reports directly to the Client’s nominated Project Director or Representative.
- Ensure assigned projects are being completed within budget and schedule while meeting client requirements and business objectives.
- Leading the project team to ensure that deliverables are submitted on schedule and are meeting client expectations.
- Ensuring that the terms of the contract are followed and managing scope changes by effectively delivering project objectives.
- Directly Manage the Design Manager & Construction Manager & Technical Director (Level 1) of the PMC Consultant team.
- Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of project.
- Responsible for overall work progress and technical performance on the project.
- Lead and manage the project team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes to the meet the scope, schedule, budget and other specified requirements stated in the contract.
- Ensure robust project plans and forecasts are produced and regularly updated.
- Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for the successful implementation of Project activities.
- Lead the coordination with Key stakeholders as required and instructed by the Client.
- Lead the resolution of claims by the Main Works Contractor and Consultants.
- In charge of preserving the budget as well as managing claims and change orders.

Development of Ultra Luxury Resorts and associated infrastructure Project in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia

**Requirements**:

- Having 25+ Years of experience in the Building and Infrastructure Projects in the Gulf region
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Master's degree in a technical discipline (Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering etc.).
- Certified Project Management Professional status or member of equivalent institution.
- Successfully led numerous complex, large scale Project Management Construction Management programmes across a range of Client types and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Previous experience in delivering fully coordinated, infrastructure projects in the capacity of Project Director.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering a fully coordinated Project Management and Construction Management projects using the latest engineering design and collaboration tools.
- Experience in delivering large-scale Hospitality Projects (Hotels and Resorts) projects including associated infrastructure works.
- Demonstrable skills in exceeding expectations whilst delivering market focused products, on-time and to budget.
