We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as the Director - Infrastructure. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for directing the planning, development, and management of our infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and operational objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the overall infrastructure strategy and implementation for all phases of projects, aligning with Qiddiya’s vision and master plan.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of infrastructure systems across the site.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Attend meetings with project stakeholders to present updates, address concerns, and ensure clarity on project objectives and progress.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential obstacles and challenges in project delivery.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure performance and sustainability.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project progress against key performance indicators, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on large-scale developments.
- Proven experience in planning and delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
