**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager with experience in stand-alone restaurants to deliver outstanding service and create a memorable dining experience for the guests. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the meal operations in is smooth and all guests are well taken by a team of trained staff.

**As a Restaurant Manager, we rely on you to**:
To provide leadership through good product knowledge, operation awareness and role modelling
Monitors and controls staff punctuality and attendance.
**Motivates employees**: - Provide positive feedback & reinforcement - Practice effective listening - Show concern and help - Recognize staff birthdays / other occasions.
**Determines priorities, set goals & follow up**: - Prepares daily / monthly action plan - Grades priorities.
Prepares staff rosters schedules and submits to supervisor.
**Coaches, counsels, disciplines employees**: - Logs specific incidents / offer advice.
Assists in the control of F&B divisional expenses by educating outlets on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, breakage costs and safety issues.

What we're looking for

Great conversational skills for engaging with guests.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
Strong English skills
Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
