**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the **execution of road and tunnel construction projects** in compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Lead and manage the **project team**, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to project milestones.
- Develop and implement **project planning** strategies, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct **cost analysis** and manage project budgets to optimize expenditures.
- Ensure adherence to **safety, quality, and environmental standards** at all phases of construction.
- Coordinate with **clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities** to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Manage **subcontractors and suppliers**, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and project timelines.
- Oversee the preparation of **progress reports, financial updates, and performance evaluations** for senior management.
- Implement and maintain **project documentation, contracts, and compliance records**.
- Optimize construction methodologies, resources, and technologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives to address construction challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all **legal and contractual obligations** related to the project are met.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**15+ years** of experience in managing large-scale **road and tunnel construction projects**.
Strong leadership and **team management** skills.
Expertise in **project planning, execution, and cost analysis**.
Proficiency in **contract management and risk assessment**.
Experience in managing **subcontractors and procurement processes**.
Excellent **communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills**.
Strong knowledge of **construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance**.
Previous experience in **NEOM or similar mega projects** is a plus.
