In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do. - Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan for building systems (AC, electrical, plumbing, Crane, forklift, Air compressor, Generator, Fire water pumps, Fire detectors and control devices, Fire extinguisher, ) - Oversee routine maintenance tasks and repairs - Manage vendor relationships with maintenance service providers - Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures - Conduct regular safety inspections - Manage building security systems (alarms, access control) - Oversee emergency preparedness plans and drills - Oversee janitorial services and ensure cleanliness of the facility - Manage waste disposal and recycling programs - Monitor and optimize energy consumption. - Track and analyze building performance data - Manage facility-related contracts and warranties - Maintain accurate records and documentation Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
