As HR MANAGER, you will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, training, engagement and enforcing company policies and practices.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Develop and implement HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business policies and procedures.

2. Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/or other issues.

3. Manage the end to end recruitment, selection and training process.

4. Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

5. Develop and monitor overall HR policies, strategies, tactics and procedures across the organization.

6. Nurture a positive and friendly working environment.

7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high and excellent performance.

8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program for all the employees across all the business entities.

10. Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

12. Prepare and maintain employee database with the use of HR system.

13. Prepares payroll of staff across all business entities and pays lips post payroll processing.

14. Enforces Management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures.

15. Advances human resource staff by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

16. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

17. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, and keeping past and current files.

18. Ensure the work place is safe, quiet and no disturbances while working.

19. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

20. Ensure no one can enter the Central Office apart from those working inside unless given permission.

Pay: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
