- **Identifying and promoting commercial training opportunities during consultative sales and account development activities.**:

- **Innovation and Design**:

- **Innovating and creating training solutions to fulfill client requirements.**:

- **Designing training programs and materials for public and in-company courses.**:

- **Delivery and Flexibility**:

- **Delivering courses and events as scheduled, adjusting training techniques in response to the needs and learning styles of groups and individual delegates.**:

- **Business Assurance Assessments**:

- **Undertaking business assurance assessments within the authorized area of specialism.**:

- **Professional Development**:

- **Maintaining professional competence by staying updated on technical developments.**:

- **Keeping CPD records, updating CV, and maintaining professional registrations.**:

- **Business Promotion and Client Feedback**:

- **Identifying additional business opportunities and passing leads to sales colleagues.**:
