At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are paving the way for a new era of entertainment in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Development Manager - Theme Park to lead our ambitious theme park development projects. This role requires a visionary leader with experience in large-scale project management, who can transform ideas into extraordinary recreational experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all phases of the theme park development process, from initial concept and design through to construction and opening.
- Work closely with creative and design teams to translate thematic concepts into practical, engaging, and safe park designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and market research to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage the project budget, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and vendors, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Establish and maintain project quality standards in line with industry best practices.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the overall project management team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the theme park remains competitive and innovative.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in theme park or large-scale entertainment development.
- Strong background in managing complex projects from concept through completion.
- Experience with client-side project management in the theme park sector is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to theme parks.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
