Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled Senior Planning Manager for our Development Management Office to play a pivotal role in our ambitious development projects. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and development processes, ensuring that our large-scale projects are executed seamlessly and align with the overall vision of Qiddiya.

Your expertise in project planning will be crucial in collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing project milestones, and optimizing resource allocation. You will be the driving force behind the development of project timelines and the execution of best practices in planning and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning stages for projects under the Development Management Office, crafting detailed and actionable project plans.
- Work closely with project teams to establish clear objectives, align on timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide ongoing analysis and tracking of project milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on course.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Utilize modern project management software to monitor progress and create comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advance the capabilities of the planning team through training, mentorship, and development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in project planning and management, preferably within the development or infrastructure sectors.
- Expertise in planning tools and methodologies, including but not limited to Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen ability to analyze complex project data.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across various levels.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to managing changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
