Oversee all Operations and Maintenance of FM (facility maintenance) activities/contracts and verify that it

is being conducted safely and to the passengers and the Employer’s satisfaction.
- Responsible for measuring Contractor’s performance, must be capable of evaluating and adjusting

performance where and when required.
- Monitor and control the execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance and cleaning activities to ensure the effective operation of whole building.
- Conducts regular inspections of the building(s) and contracts and drive initiative-taking resolutions to ensure the standards are always maintained.
- Review with Facility Management Team, any remedial action related to non-conformance or non
- performance of service providers and ensures all statutory requirements are fulfilled and up to date.
- Prepares scheduled and ad-hoc reports for senior management and prepares presentations and analysis as may be required from time to time.
- On-site implementation of health and safety regulations to ensure safe working conditions and a safe working environment, to reduce risks, incidents, and accidents.
- Organizes meetings with vendors to drive overall site management.
- Review the contractors’ procedures and processes developed in collaboration with the Client's Consultant,

ensure compliant with industry best practice requirements and SGG 20 or equivalent.
- Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

Any duties as deemed required and inspired by direct line management

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
